RUTEX signed a contract to prepare a preliminary design for the Hemus Highway Stage I

In April 2014 a contract was signed between the National Company „Strategic Infrastructure Projects“ (NCSIP) and DZZD „Hemus – 2020″ consisting of Transconsult-22 Ltd., RUTEX and Traffic Holding Ltd. for preparation of the preliminary design for the construction of the Hemus highway (Stage 1). The period for the implementation of the contract is 14 months starting from April 2014.

Stage 1 includes sections 1 and 2, starting from the end of the already constructed part of the highway near the town of Yablanitsa and spanning to the intersection with the road II-35 (Nikopol – Pleven – Lovech – Troyan – Karnare) with a total length of about 60 km.
